ELM 9.2: From Fluid Find Learning, Courses with No Active Class Sessions Do Not Appear in Fluid Search Results (Doc ID 2694230.1)

Symptoms

From Fluid Find Learning, Courses with no active Class Sessions do not appear in search results.

 

Steps to Replicate Issue:

1.  Log in as an Administrator and create a Course with a Class with no Sessions and ensure the Course is active.

Navigate to Enterprise Learning > Catalog > Maintain Courses

2.  Rebuild the fluid Catalog index

Navigate to Enterprise Learning > Catalog > Rebuild Indexes

Then,

3. Log in as a Learner

4. From the fluid Employee Self Service Tile, click Learning Tile

5. Then, enter Course name in Find Learning and click search, notice no results returned.
