Symptoms

In Fluid Life Events when an employee is attempting to process a Life Event on the Benefits Enrollment menu (Navigation: Employee Self Service> Benefit Details> Life Events), the delivered Life Event Template which is inactive opens instead of the active cloned Life Event Template.
