E-PIA: Pagelets Not Loading And Showing Error As 304, After Web Application Framework (WAF) Configuration (Doc ID 2697206.1)

Symptoms

When the user trying to implement WAF with PeopleSoft and they encounter the following issue.

On classic homepage when the pagelets load, caching for those request have 'if-modified-since' and 'last-modified' parameters.

The issue is that sometimes 'last-modified' is set earlier than 'if-modified-since', and due to the WAF optimization, the request shows 304 error and the pagelets do not load in the PeopleSoft application menu.
