Symptoms
User is getting error when trying to access the Job Scorecard on Manage Utilization.
Steps:
1) Navigate to Main Menu->Resource Management-> Staffing Workbench->Manage Utilization Tab
2) Select a Resource group
3) Search for Resource Request.
4) Click on Qualification% to review the Job Score Card
