Work Experience Is Not Displayed When Applying For A Job (Doc ID 2700341.1)

Symptoms

After applying OFCCP update, blank rows for work experience, PS_HRS_APP_WRK_EXP, are generated when applicants apply for a job opening.

This causes an additional issue where no further work experience can be added or viewed on the application.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply to job opening
  a) enter in a work experience item
  b) go to the review page
  c) Exit
2. Go through my job applications and go back into the Draft application
  a) delete the work experience item
  b) go to the review page
  c) Exit
3. Go through my job applications and go back into the Draft application
  a) Exit
4. Blank row is generated in PS_HRS_APP_WRK_EXP


1. Go through my job applications and go back into the Draft application
  a) try to add work experience
2. Note applicant is locked out of adding work experience on this application
