Symptoms
Fluid Report Time page is showing the time in 24-hour format yet still displaying AM/PM afterward. It is expected that this would be in the 12-hour format with AM/PM. Clock is displaying time between 12:00:00 AM to 12:59:59 AM as 00:00:00 AM to 00:59:59 AM.
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Login as EE
2. Set My preferences to show time 12 hrs
3. Navigate to ESS->Time-> Report time
Check Web clock shows 24 hr clock format
