ABMGT: Cancelled Finalized Absence Not Generating Offsetting Positive Input or Generated Absence Payable Time Details

Symptoms
Setup: Cancellation of absences allows for all events. This includes finalized events. Employee has event(s) which have been finalized in a previous absence calculation. This event has also been loaded to Time and Labor and processed in Payroll for North America.
Employee navigates to the Employee Self Service>Time Tile. Chooses the Cancel Absence Tile and cancels one of these already processed events. (This cancellation is either automatically approved or approved by the Manager, if required).
Admin processes payroll calculation (Main Menu>Global Payroll and Absence Management>Absence and Payroll Processing>Calculate Absence and Payroll).
After the calculation is processed, admin navigates Main Menu>Global Payroll and Absence Management>Review Absence/Payroll Info>Results by Calendar or Results by Calendar Group. Notes the following details:
- Accumulator balances are properly impacted to reduce the take balance and increase the overall balance
- No event information is displayed in absence data
- No positive input is generated, neither Positive Input on results pages, nor Generated Absence Payable Time for Time Reporter employees.
As a result, Time and Labor and Payroll for North America Detail remains overstated.
