The Submit Enrollment Button on the Fluid Benefits Enrollment Page is Not Enabled After an Employee Finishes Making Their Benefit Election Changes (Doc ID 2702081.1)

Symptoms

The Submit Enrollment button is not enabled after Employee finishes making their Benefit elections or if they navigate away from the Benefit Summary page.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. log in as an employee.
2. Create a Life event and submit Benefit Election changes.  Employee Self Service > Benefits Details > Life Events
3. Navigate to Benefits Details > Benefit Enrollment and make an election change or click to review current elections.  Notice this changes the Submit button to inactive.
