E-FLUID: Changing Header Banner Color Not Reflecting in PT 8.58 (Doc ID 2705685.1)

Symptoms

Changes to Macro set not reflecting. When trying to change the header banner color by creating a custom MACRO set, changes are not reflecting.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Created a Custom Macro set from PT_DEFAULT_MACROSET_858
2. Changed PT_BANNER_BACKGROUND_IMAGE to custom Macro Content as #660033
3. Under Assemble Themes > Added Custom Macro set.
4. Bounced the servers with clear cache.
5. Re-Login but color don't change for banner
