E-PIA: Virtual Addressing and Reverse Proxy Protocol Cannot be Saved on the Web Profile in Any Languages Other Than English (Doc ID 2706741.1)

Symptoms

When logging into the PeopleSoft application in Dutch language, the user cannot save any changes on the Virtual Addressing tab, in the "Reverse Proxy Protocol" field.  No matter what is entered on the field, it is blank after saving and re-entering the page

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1) Signon into the PeopleSoft application in Dutch
2) Navigate to PeopleTools -> Web Profile -> Web Profile Configuration -> and select a Web Profile to modify
3) On the Virtual Addressing tab, in the Reverse Proxy grid, select "https" in first drop-down field
4) Save and reload the page again.  Observe that the setting did not take place

Same page is saved properly when users are connected in English.  This should work for all languages.
