Symptoms
The Fluid Open Enrollment interface for accessibility mode does not notify users that they have made a plan enrollment change. It does notify them on the done button but the actual selection and update of plan is not read out
to the user.
Changes
Updated the enrollment selection page to provide feedback to users when a selection is made. Also added aria tags to the disabled Select button so that it would be read to users.
