Symptoms
Fluid Review Enrollment Statement does not show new plans on 'Re-Elect'. Review Enrollment Statement should display newly elected plans.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Finalize OE.
2. During OE window go to Fluid Open Enrollment and elect a new plan.
3. Click Review Enrollment.
