Symptoms
Acctg - AR Offset page has tabbing issue, the tab does not go through accounting information and go to the link below directly.
Tab should go through the main page for accounting details and then goto link.
Replication

1. Log in to FIN Peoplesoft and enable Screen Reader mode.
2. Navigate to Billing > Maintain Bills > Standard Billing.
3. Find an existing entry.
4. At the bottom of the page, see field Navigation with drop down. Choose Acctg - AR Offset.
5. Tab should go bill line and then accounting entries details and then to links but it directly goes to links.
