After Class Index Full Build Not All Of The Classes Are Found When Using Fluid Class Search. (Doc ID 2709768.1)

Symptoms

After Class Index Full Build not all of the classes are found when using fluid class search. Students are not be able to search for the classes available. Issue could be replicated as follows:

  1. Undeploy and Re-Deploy class search definitions SSR_CLASS_SEARCH_LFF and SSR_CLASS_SEARCH_SFF. Navigation: PeopleTools=> Search Framework=> Administration=> Deploy/Delete Object.
  2. Run Class Search Index Pre-Process with run control options:  Class Data Action "Add" and If Index Action Already Exists "Do not Add".  Navigation:  Curriculum Management => Fluid Class Search => Class Search Index Pre-Processing.
  3. Run Class Index Full Build. Navigation: Curriculum Management => Fluid Class Search => Class Index Full Build.
  4. Go to Fluid Home=> Student Homepage=> Manage Classes => Class Search and Enroll.

Not all classes are found.
