ETL92: Report Time Page Won't Let You Switch Days Without Prompting To Save Even After Submit

Symptoms
It appears user is unable to switch days on Report Time page without prompting to save even after Submit.
Steps to Replicate:
1. Elapsed Time Reports selects Report Time tile then clicks Report Time button.
2. Enter Time for the current day and Submit – Page shows Submitted Successfully.
3. Navigate to the next day using the right arrow button. The “You have unsaved Data on this page. Select OK to go back and save. Cancel to Continue” message appears. Note: user cannot navigate to the next day without clicking Cancel on this message.
