Symptoms

After rebooting the PUM (PeopleSoft Update Manager) Image running on VirtualBox, the login page is not accessible.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Deploy the PUM Image on VirtualBox
2. Reboot the VirtualBox machine.
3. Try to log into the browser.
