Symptoms
Clicking the Next/Previous in List button on Load T&L Run Control bring the page with the missing Tabs on top of the page as well as the buttons at the bottom.
STEPS

1. Payroll for North America > Payroll Processing USA > Create and Load Paysheets > Load Time and Labor. Go to Load Time and Labor Run Control page.
2. Select existing Run Control under Processing Option field, select “Load Filtered Time”, populate Pay Run ID, Description and On or Off-Cycle fields.
3. Click Save
4. Go to Filters tab
5. Click the Next in List button
6. Click the Previous in List button to see the missing Tabs on top of the page as well as the Buttons at the bottom
