E-508: Search Pages For "Add A New Value" Do Not Show Asterisk For Required Fields

Symptoms
Search pages for "Add a New Value" do not show Asterisk for Required Fields. Per Accessibility requirements, all required fields should be indicated by an asterisk.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into the Application with or without Screen Reader mode enabled.
2. Navigate to any search page. In this example: PeopleTools -> Security -> User Profile -> User Profile -> Add a new value
3. Click to "Add" without putting anything on the input field
4. Observe the following error: "The field is required. You must enter a value for it before proceeding (15,54)
In Accessibility mode, the error fields have been prefixed with "Error". Otherwise the error fields will be highlighted"
However, this required field is not indicated by an asterisk.
