Symptoms
When attempting to do an enrollment add in classic self service the following error occurs.
Remote program SRPCERC failed with return code: 9998. Reason: Stored Statement SRPCEPRD_S_CLASS2 not found. In Section: SQLRT:SQL-STMT_GET (2,-1) DERIVED_SSE_DSP.ENRL_REQ_RC_PB.Field Change PCPC:5239 Statement:65.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as student
2. Navigation to Student Center
3. Select Enrollment Add
4. Add a class and click finish enrollment
4. Click Accept Terms and Condition
5. Error appears
