E-PG: "JetChart chartInteraction,Cannot read property 'steps' of undefined" Error When Previewing Pivot Grid Models (Doc ID 2712685.1)

Getting error: "JetChart chartInteraction,Cannot read property 'steps' of undefined" when previewing Pivot Grid models.

Also, Pivot Grid chart is not displayed when previewed.

In order to replicate the issue, follow the below steps:

1. Log into PIA.

2. Navigate to Reporting Tools > Pivot Grid > Pivot Grid Wizard.

3. Add new, provide unique name and description, move Next.

4. Select Query Datasource, use an existing query and just move Next.

5. Provide prompt values, if needed and move Next.

6. Keep “Chart Only” as default view.

7. In the last step of the Wizard the error will be displayed.
