ECM 9.2: Invalid Record Count Error When Loading BAI File After Tools Upgrade 8.58.04 (Doc ID 2713067.1)

Symptoms

Bank Statement Import files with format BAI2 is not importing data after moving 8.56.04 to 8.58.04

Steps:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Banking > Bank Statements > Import Bank Statements and load the BAI file and note that the process runs to warning with the error message below:

 

Error Message:

INVALID RECORD COUNT (9450,1201) TR_FORMAT.BankStatement.BAIFormatter.OnExecute Name:format_str PCPC:5336 Statement:113
