Symptoms

nVision Report running on PSNT errors out after applying PeopleTools Product patch 8.57.16, and the file NVS_NVSRUN_13473756.log shows the following failure:


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply Tools patch 8.57.16
2. Run the nVision report
