E-PRCS: How to Address BLOCKED PSJOB After Master Scheduler Maintenance? (Doc ID 2713744.1)

While a mutually exclusive process was processing, the Master Scheduler was brought down for maintenance. Although the process completed successfully, when the Master Scheduler was brought back up subsequent mutually exclusive processes, to the one that was running at the time, are remaining in BLOCKED status instead of processing normally. What is the best way to address this situation to resolve the erroneous BLOCKED status?
