E-AR/IB: ExcelUploadforDeposits.xls Data Upload Returns "Invalid procedure call Or argument" Error (Doc ID 2714117.1)

Symptoms

Sample site is on PeopleTools 8.57.09/FSCM 9.20 PUM 33, and is using ExcelUploadforDeposits Excel upload spreadsheet. When uploading data the following error is seen.

 

The issue can be reproduced using the following steps:
1. Open ExcelUploadforDeposits.xls, and click on the Data tab.
2. Add test data, and press the "Generate XML and Post" button.
3. In the Login window that appears, enter the Integration Broker Gateway web server machine and port in the Address entry, select the dedicated gateway checkbox, and press Ok.
4. Observe the error above.
