Getting Error: "SetCusrsorPos Page PUTAWAY_ENTRY1_INV Not Found in Component (2,210)" in Express Issue Return Page When Changing the Unit of Measure (Doc ID 2716636.1)

Symptoms

When saving an Express Issue Return after changing the unit of measure, the following error message occurs:


Steps to Reproduce the Issue:

  1. Mark Unit of Measure (UOM) as Each (EA) at Fixed Picking Location, for an Item id under an Inventory Business Unit.
  2. Create an Express Issue for the Item id. The status of the Express Issue should be Depleted.
  3. Create an Express Issue Return for the Material Stock Request (MSR created under Step2) using Search History.
  4. Try to change UOM from EA to BOX and then Save. Getting the above error message.
