EAP: Attachments Timestamp And Users Display Information Is Not Correct for Supplier and Voucher

Symptoms
The attachments timestamp are not displaying correctly. It will display the currently logged in users and the timestamp will the current date time.
Steps:
1) Open Supplier information or open a Voucher.
2) Click on attachment link to open attachment details of on the Supplier or VOucher.
- User id and the datatime should display the details of file upload. However, it is showing current datetime and current user id.
