While submitting leave leads to following forecast error.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.Employee navigated to Main Menu-->Self Service--> Time--> Request Absence Page
2.Check Eligibility for Absence Name Sick for Eg: Date: 04/11/2020 without submitting the request
3.COBOL Program GPPOLRUN aborted with Error
4.Employee again applies same request for date: 04/11/2020 and it says "An Absence already exists with the same Start and/or End dates. Please modify your start and/or End dates"
5.Admin navigated to Main Menu--> Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt--> Payee Data--> Maintain Absences--> Absence Event page for 04/11/2020 absence transaction is created.
