EAP: User is Not Able to Add PSJob in Pay Cycle Job Definition

Goal
User is not able to add PSJob process type to Pay Cycle Steps Definition.
Steps:
1) Navigate to Account Payables, Payments > Pay Cycle Definition > Step.
2) Add a new value.
3) Select Job Type = Process, Process Type = PSJob
4) Click on Prompt of Process Name.
- No PSJob is listed.
