Symptoms

The Employee with Over-Age Dependents list in the Benefits WorkCenter provides a list of employees with such dependents in all 1% Health Plan Types. Clicking on the EMPLID or the Action icon opens the Health Benefit enrollment on which that dependent is covered. However, if the Health Benefit is a custom Plan Type, that is, not 10 through 17, the following error is triggered:

You have not been granted security authorization for the component you are attempting to access. You may have access to the designated component and page, but not in the specified action mode (such as Correction or Update/Display). Contact your system administrator.
 
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Workforce Administrator > Benefits WorkCenter.
2. Select the Employees with Over-Age Dependents link.
3. Click on the EMPLID of an employee with an overage dependent covered in a custom Plan Type.
