ABMGT: Wrong Absence Calculation when Entitlement End Date is different than Period End Date in Assign Entitlements and Takes page (Doc ID 2724104.1)

Symptoms

Incorrect Absence Calculation when Entitlement End Date is different than Period End Date in Assign Entitlements and Takes page.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Global Payroll & Absence Management -> Payee Data -> Maintain Absences -> Assign Entitlements and Takes
2. Enter EmplId
  Expand Tabs by clicking the arrow by tabs
  Expand Tabs by clicking the arrow by tabs
  Enter the following values:
  Element Type: Absence Entitlement
  Element Name: L_AE_VAC_SLL
  Begin Date: any date but the last date of the period
  End Date: any date but the last date of the period
  Unit element type: Numeric
  Element Unit: Hours selected in multiple of 8’s
  Generation Control Option: No Generation Control
  Save
3. Run Absence Calc
4: Review results by calendar group. Result: the entitlement has not been processed
