Symptoms
Accounts Receivable module was not allowing sending of mass emails of dunning letters.
With Covid 19, AR collections are becoming more important than ever, not having a possibility to email these automatically can cause significant payment delays as sending these via post in these times has its own challenges, especially in certain regions.
