Inactive Mailing Addresses Display on Online Confirmation Statements

When an employee's mailing address is inactive, it is still displayed on the Benefits Online Confirmation Statements.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Make an employee's Mailing Address inactive (Navigation: Workforce Administration > Biographical > Modify a Person).
2. Run a confirmation statement for the employee (Navigation: Benefits > Manage Automated Enrollment > Participant Enrollment > Online Confirmation Statements).
3. Review the employee's conformation statement (Navigation: Workforce Administrator homepage > Benefits Administrator tile > Review Employee Benefits > Review Employee Statements).
