Symptoms
When an employee's primary Job Record is not '0', but their Benefits Record number is '0', the annual amount is displayed as the per pay period cost for Savings Plans, HSA, Health, and Dependent Care on the Enrollment Preview and Confirmation Statements. This only happens if there is a mismatch between the Job Record and the Benefits Record.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. An employee with a primary Job Record greater than 0 but with Benefits Record 0 elects an Annual Pledge for Open Enrollment (Navigation: Employee Self Service > Open Enrollment tile > Benefits Enrollment step).
2. Employee selects Enrollment Preview Statement button.
