E-KB: When Accessing Kibana Dashboard from PeopleSoft Users Are Redirected To "Create Index" Page Instead Of Displaying The Dashboard (Doc ID 2732333.1)

On : 8.58 version, Kibana - Elasticsearch

In current PeopleSoft environment the following steps were followed but still accessing Kibana dashboard from a PeopleSoft homepage tile returns an error:

- Users have the right permission list/ security to the tile and the dashboard
- Dashboards have been imported correctly, deployed and privileges provided.
- Users access the Kibana dashboard multiple times during the day.
- Kibana dashboard can be used but intermittently an error is showing up.

- After a user receives an error Kibana stops working for everyone.

When a user gets this error, Kibana dashboard stops working for all users.

When users are trying to access Kibana dashboard from PeopleSoft by clicking a created tile they are redirected to "Custom Index" pattern page instead of Kibana dashboard.
This happens when a significant number of users are active in PeopleSoft environment.

After clicking the new created tile in PeopleSoft, user will have to be redirected to Kibana dashboard instead of "Create Index" pattern page.
