Fluid Online Confirmation Statements Are Incorrectly Doubling Pay Period Costs for Plan Type 6x After Tax Plans. (Doc ID 2733048.1)

Symptoms

For 6x plans that are setup as an after tax deduction, the online benefit confirmation process (BAS_CONFSTMT) is putting the annual and deduction amount in both the after and before tax buckets with the same value. It should only be in the after tax bucket.  This causes the pay period cost to be double when employees review the statements.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.  Run the Online Confirmation Statements.  Navigation:  Benefits >  Manage Automated Enrollment >  Participant Enrollment >  Online Confirmation Statements.
2.  Log in as employee to review the confirmation statement.  Navigation:  Employee Self Service > Benefits Details > Benefit Statements.
