Symptoms

On Fluid Administer Delegation, no values are available in Proxy drop-down field as well as in the Delegator drop-down field.

 Steps to replicate the issue:

  1. Fluid Navigator > Enterprise Components > Delegations > Administer Delegation
  2. Select the Delegator drop down, note there are blank values present
  3. Pick a delegator, then select the Proxy drop down, note no values are available
