Maintenance Worksheet Modal Window Is Too Small and Cannot Be Maximized From Collections Workbench (Doc ID 2736397.1)

Symptoms




Maintenance Worksheet Modal Window is too small and cannot be maximized when accessed from receivables Navigation collections> Collections Workbench.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to credit to cash operations homepage > Receivables
2. Scroll down to My collections then Collections Workbench > customer ID 1001 then Search.
3. Select at least two items then Item actions – Create Maintenance Worksheet and GO!
3. Modal window that appears is too small and cannot be resized making it unusable.
