Symptoms
INPPPTWY processing issues:
Completed putaway processing is leaving records in PS_STAGED_INF_INV records that have already been processed sucessfully. This is blocking replenishment and cancellation of receipts.
Steps to Reproduce Issue:
1. Receive against PO containing inventory items
2. Complete stock room feedback
3. Run complete putaway
4. Process may error as noted or processed records remain in PS_STAGED_ITEM_INV table
