Symptoms
An employee's deduction for the Flexible Spending Account (FSA) is being stopped at $50 less than their Annual Pledge, which is also the Maximum Annual Contribution on the Plan. The Deduction Not Taken has a Reason of Annual Limit Exceeded.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run payroll calculation (Navigation: Payroll for North America > Payroll Processing USA > Produce Payroll > Calculate Payroll).
