Getting an error in Manage Requisitions eProcurement when a user clicks on the approval icon to view approvals. The error is "An error occurred while attempting to display the selected transaction.Please contact administrator."
The issue only happens when the requester tries to view the requisitions created by another requester. The error doesn't appear for the Reqs created by the Requester himself.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1) Go to eProcurement > Manage Requisitions
2) Search for a REQ
3) Click Approvals icon
4) Error message Displayed
