Symptoms
When an Administrator attempts to add learning to a policy from the Manage Policy, Configure page, receive an error:
Steps to Replicate Issue:
1. Log in as an Administrator for a specific Learning Environment.
2. Update or Add a Policy from Navigation: Main Menu > Enterprise Components > Active Analytics Framework > Policies > Manage Policies > {search and select a policy}
3. Then, from the Actions section, {click button} Edit Actions
4. Then from the Actions section from page, {click button} Configure and {click button} Add Learning, receive an error message.
