When attempting to run Maintain Delegation Authorities process HCDL_BATCH, the following the error occurs;
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Workforce Administration > Self Service Transactions > Approvals and Delegation > Maintain Delegated Authorities and Run the process
