Symptoms
All employees participating in a 457 Savings Plan had contributions to Savings Plans limited with reason "457 Limit Exceeded" in a test environment when only 1 employee had actually reached the limit.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Calculate a test payroll (Navigation: Payroll for North America > Payroll Processing USA > Produce Payroll > Calculate Payroll).
