Symptoms

When trying to close Requisitions using Requester's Workbench in a Microsoft SQL Server environment, the following errors occur:


Steps to Reproduce the Issue:

1. Go to Requester's Workbench (Purchasing > Requisitions > Requestor's Workbench).
2. Search for a requisition to close.
3. After selecting a range of requisitions or one requisition from Search Results and hitting Close, the above error messages occur.
