Symptoms
After Database Upgrade to Oracle 19c, performance issues with Peoplesoft Complex queries that use security views, PS_EMPLMT_SRCH_QRY and PS_PERALL_SEC_QRY.
For example, some custom queries are taking very long time to run and other keep running, endlessly.
Steps to Replicate Issue:
1. Create custom Query using PS_JOB that automatically joins PS_EMPLMT_SRCH
2. Upgrade Peopletools 8.58.04 and Oracle Database 19c
3. Run the custom Query again, no longer runs with no errors.
