Symptoms

While running Delete User Profile from Publishing Database(HCM), User profile deletion is not happening in Subscribing database(CRM) and getting error messages in Message Log. The USER_PROFILE message is working fine.

This issue can be replicated using below steps:

1) Configure USER_PROFILE and DELETE_USER_PROFILE Messages between HCM and CRM instances

2) Issue delete user profile from Publishing database(HCM)

3) User Profile Message is working, but User profile deletion is not happening in Subscribing database(CRM) and getting the below error messages in Message Log.
