Symptoms
After applying the new Affordable Care Act (ACA) changes for reporting year 2020 (Patch 32159038), the option to select "HRA Location Safe Harbor" for the ACA Applicable Large Employer (ALE) Table is not showing.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Access the ALE Member and choose the drop down for Certification of Eligibility to see the option 'HRA Location Safe Harbor' does not show. Navigation: Set Up HCM, Common Definitions, Affordable Care Act, ACA ALE Member
