Symptoms
Exception error below appears in application server log when users are trying to enroll in Benefit. Users do not receive any errors in the PIA that stops employees from enrolling
but it causes application server threads to crash in the background.
Steps to Replicate:
Navigate to Fluid Home=> Open Enrollment => and click on the Medical tile.
