E-CRM: Email Solution with Attachment Not Sending (Doc ID 2747839.1)

When a Self Service User attempts to email a solution that contains an attachment, the following error occurs.

Error Message:
We are unable to send the Email now. Please try later.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Login to CRM Employee Self Service
  2. Select HR Service Center
  3. On the Search for Answers section, select a Solution that has the attachment. If there is no solution with attachment, add an attachment first to the existing solution via Solutions > Search Solutions
  4. Click the Email Solution button
  5. Enter an email address to send the solution to. Ensure the Include Attachment is set to YES
  6. Click the SEND button -- error is displayed.
