E-BI/XMLP: Numbered Bullet List Become Bullet When Running to HTML Output (Doc ID 2748207.1)

Symptoms

Ordered numbered bullet list is converted to bulleted list in HTML output.

This does not happen when running to PDF output.

In order to replicate the issue, follow the below steps:

1. Create an RTF template that contains ordered numbered bullet list.
2. Open the RTF template in BI Publisher Desktop.
3. Load sample XML file.
4. Preview it to HTML output.
